I’ve ordered a few things from Rouje at this point the sizing has been really consistent every time, which is kind of a relief because online shopping can be such a gamble. I’m usually a 38 and I’ve just been going with that, no overthinking, no ordering two sizes just in case, and everything has fit pretty much how I expected. Jeans, a dress, a top, all good. I didn’t have to deal with returns or exchanges, which almost never happens for me, so yeah, it makes shopping from them feel a lot less stressful.

I really like shopping on rouje, but the stock situation can be a little all over the place. My size was sold out in two dresses I wanted, then randomly came back later. I did end up getting what I wanted, so I’m happy, but I just wish it was a bit easier to catch restocks before things disappear again

My order from Rouje came in really nicely packaged, at least from what I could tell with my delivery. The box felt sturdy and the items inside were wrapped neatly, with no damage or anything looking crushed. I can’t say if every order is packed this way, but mine definitely felt carefully done without being excessive. I usually worry about clothes getting squashed in transit, so I was happy to see everything arrive clean and neat.

My order showed up pretty much when they said it would, maybe about a day later than I was hoping, but nothing too major. The tracking worked fine and I was happy with the delivery overall. I just wish the updates came through a little faster so I wasn’t left checking as much

I didn’t really expect to like these clothes as much as I do, but they’re actually so pretty. They have that simple French look without feeling plain or boring, and the cuts and colors are really well done. I hate to admit it, but I’m kind of obsessed.

I ordered from Rouje and overall I do think the prices are fair. It’s definitely not cheap, but the items feel nicer than fast fashion and the fit was actually really good on me. That said, a few pieces feel a little overpriced once you add shipping, and I also felt kind of ignored during the process, which took away from the experience a bit. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m still happy with what I got, but I’d probably wait for a sale before ordering again

I ordered a dress from Rouje and was a little nervous until I tried it on, but I’m so relieved. The construction is really solid — the seams sit flat, the lining feels clean and neat, and even the buttons are properly sewn on. It doesn’t feel flimsy at all, more like something I’ll actually be able to wear for a long time.

Checkout worked in the end, like I said, but the page was slow to load and I had to type my address in again once. Payment went through fine though, so it wasn’t terrible. Like I said, just a bit annoying more than anything.

I really wanted to love the dresses from Rouje because the styles are so cute online, and that’s what pulled me in. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but once I tried everything on I felt a little underwhelmed. The fabric was thinner than I expected, especially for the price, and the fit was okay but not something I’d call amazing. Like, they look pretty, don’t get me wrong, but I kept thinking I paid way too much for what actually arrived. It’s nice stuff, just not the quality or value I was hoping for.

Ordered from rouje to Canada. Taxes were shown at checkout. Package arrived fine, no surprise customs bill. Really happy.

I genuinely liked the clothes I ordered, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. I emailed them about a return and didn’t hear back for several days, and when they finally replied, the response was really short and didn’t actually answer much. I ended up having to follow up twice just to get clear information. Everything did get sorted out in the end, but the waiting and back-and-forth made the whole order feel way more stressful than it needed to be. Personally, I’d probably shop here again for the clothes, but I’d be hesitant if I thought I might need help with an order...

At first I thought this was nice and was excited to use it. Then out of nowhere, it started pilling really soon. Like, seriously? I wasn’t expecting it to look worn that quickly.

I really love the Rouje style and the dress is very cute on, which made me want to like it right away. I just wasn’t totally sure about the quality for the price. The fabric felt a little thinner than I expected, and I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching. It’s still wearable and looks pretty, so I don’t regret getting it, but I think I’d feel better buying it on sale rather than paying full price again.

I did have to wait longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. That said, once it was finally my turn, the exchange itself went smoothly and the staff handled it okay. Not perfect, but it got sorted in the end

I returned my dress and got my refund in about a week. No big hassle, no endless back-and-forth, no dramatic customer service saga. Shocking, I know...

I was surprised by how soft this feels on my skin. I had asked support a quick question before ordering, and they basically said it was “made to be gentle for everyday use,” which sounded nice but I wasn’t sure what to expect. Turns out they were right — it feels super smooth and comfortable
